We currently offer Delivery services all over Nepal at a reasonable price.
Outside Kathmandu Valley Orders:
Products shipped outside Kathmandu Valley are non-returnable once dispatched.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders within Kathmandu Valley Only.
For orders outside Kathmandu Valley an advance payment of Rs 100 is required at the time of order confirmation. This amount will be deducted from the final invoice.
Order Changes:
Once an order is confirmed and shipped changes to the order cannot be made. Please review your order carefully before confirming the purchase.
Return Policy within Kathmandu Valley:
Customers within Kathmandu Valley have the option to return the product during the time of delivery.
The return request must be made at the time of delivery and the product must be returned in its original condition.
Cash on Delivery (COD) within Kathmandu Valley:
COD is available for orders within Kathmandu Valley.
Payment must be made in cash or by online transactions at the time of delivery.
Advance Payment for Orders Outside Kathmandu Valley:
For orders outside Kathmandu Valley an advance payment of Rs 100 is required at the time of order confirmation.
