Replacement or Exchange:

  • Upon verification of the issue we will offer a replacement or exchange for the damaged or defective item.

  • Replacement items will be shipped at no additional cost to you.

Conditions for Replacement/Exchange:

  • Damaged or defective items must be reported within 24 Hours of receiving the product.

  • The item must be unused in its original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Cancellations:

  • Once an order is placed for locations other than Kathmandu valley it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please double-check your order before completing the purchase.
